Confidentiality Commitment
At Eternitech, we take startup confidentiality and enterprise intellectual property protection extremely seriously. We do not share proprietary business logic, client project scopes, visual mockups, database architectures, or technical details with third parties.
1. Definition of Confidential Information
Confidential Information refers to any technical, financial, or business data disclosed by the Client to Eternitech, including but not limited to source code, algorithms, UI mockups, pitch decks, investor data, API tokens, database structures, and platform growth roadmaps.
2. Exclusion from Confidentiality
Confidential Information does not include data that is or becomes publicly known through no breach by Eternitech, data obtained independently from authorized third parties without NDA restrictions, or data legally required to be disclosed under court order.
3. Data Security & Storage Controls
All Client credentials, API tokens, database access parameters, and project assets are securely stored using AES-256 encrypted password managers and enterprise cloud access controls. We purge environment access keys immediately upon project handover.
4. Mutual Protection
We stand by our code. To protect early-stage founders, we selectively execute formal Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements prior to deep strategic discovery calls or codebase audits. To request our formal signed NDA document, please email sales@eternitech.com.
